🚨 AB 84 THREATENS CALIFORNIA’S MOST VULNERABLE STUDENTS

Students are thriving with personalized learning options provided by non-classroom base (NCB) charters – but AB 84 would strip away the funding that makes their education possible. The facts are clear: Charter schools deliver better results for less money, especially for marginalized students. Yet AB 84 punishes success while protecting failure. Section 44 of the bill creates an illegal double standard – traditional schools can use outside vendors without requiring these vendors hold CA teaching credentials, but charter families can’t access the same flexibility.
