EEC/FSA Collaborative Summer Camps

TK through 5th graders, come join us for a summer like no other! Nine weeks of “jet-setting!” We are set to explore far-away places through fun and exciting learning opportunities. Each week, we will introduce a new destination. These nine weeks of themed lessons include art, writing, cooking, STEM and daily journaling! EEC/FSA Passports will be provided and stamped as we “travel” the world! Come along to these summer camps starting June 3rd! Camp weeks run Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9am to 2pm. Early drop-off (8am) and Late pick-up (3:30pm) option available for families (please inquire). Check out our package bundles below for extra savings.


Week 1: Hawaii

Aloha! Come join us on our first destination to a tropical paradise, Hawaii! We are staying in North America, but learning how Japan, and other countries, have influenced our 50th state. This week we are learning how to groove doing the hula, make some delicious Hawaiian pizza, and learn about the incredible Van Gogh. Then, create our very own canvas painting of a Hawaiian sunset.

Week 2: Italy

Pizza, pasta, gelato, oh my! We are just missing the moon hitting our eyes! We will be embarking on a culinary experience making some Italian dishes as we go off-campus to cook with an Italian Chef. Additionally, we will learn about the amazing artist and inventor Leonardo Davinci while applying his style of painting to our own version of the Mona Lisa. On top of learning all the incredible landmarks Italy has to offer, we will be making our leaning tower of Pisa STEM project.

Week 3: Germany

Schnitzel and spice, and everything nice! Europe is a popular vacation spot so we must dive into this continent at least once this summer. Time to practice our yodelling, get all tied up in the kitchen with prezel fun, ponder the mind of Albert Eistein, and writing inspired by timeless fables. Oh wait, do you hear that? Children are singing an absurd little bird is popping up to say…. “Cuckoo, cuckoo!” That’s right, lastly, we will create our own cuckoo clock as we visit the Black Forest.

Week 4: France

Bonjour! The passport is getting another stamp in Europe. That’s right, we are headed to France! We will take a stop at all of the incredible landmarks France has to offer. We will make a tasty treat of crepes and nutella. The bravest ones will sample brie cheese and baguette too. Since the French love their racing, we will be doing a racecar STEM. Finishing off our stay with the artist Cezane and his still-life style painting.

Good day mate! We are off to the sunny island continent of Australia. This week we will learn about the indigenous people of this beautiful destination, re-create Aboriginal art, test our culinary skills in the kitchen by making Lamingtons, and PE fun inspired by this nations favorite sports.

Week 6: Egypt

We are jumping continents and heading to Africa! We have to learn about one of the greatest wonders of the world. What is Egypt without its enormous pyramids and anceint history! After a day of pyramid STEM activities we will certainly need a break from all that heavy lifting. We will glide down the Nile and learn all about the important and beautiful parts of this country. We will enjoy some homemade butter cookies and tea (don’t worry it will be decaf) while we create come hieroglyphic art.

Week 7: Spain

No siestas here! Spain is a must on the globe. With rich culture, food, and art, we had to make the trek. We are going to make some delicious empanadas while we discuss and create art created by Gaudi and Picasso. We are reading the book Ferdninad this week and learning about Spains tradition of the race of the bulls. Which leads us to our fun PE activity of a Bulls relay race.

Week 8: Mexico

Bienvenidos! Making a pit stop in North America. We had to stop at our neighbors south of the border. We will start our week making the finest tortillas in town. We will use those as a vessel to enjoy some tacos. We will immerse ourselves into the colorful world of Mexican Folk Art, and students will create their own versions. The week will end with what Mexico loves most, a soccer tournament! Futbol is a pillar of Mexico and will be a fun way to enjoy the summer outdoors.

Week 9: Greece

One last stop in Europe before we have to go! We have to visit one of the oldest place in the world and the place where they created democracy. We will spend our days as the Greeks would making pottery, learning how to make Baklava, and all Greece has to offer. To end this incredible world tour, we will have our first ever Olympics and conclude our amazing summer with closing ceremonies.

Each week will be split into two or more groups based on student’s ability level and activities will be adjusted accordingly. Literature might be adjusted/changed depending on the age group.

What is your Summer Camp refund policy? 

  • Refund requests made 2 weeks or more prior to the start date of camp are subject to $50.00 fee per week of camp.
  • No refund requests will be accepted after 2 weeks.
  • Camp fees will not be prorated. Fees are not based on attendance.
